On the computer, rename the downloaded
map and KML files. (e.g. ata.mbtiles to Sample.mbtiles and change the
corresponded KML file to Sample.kml).
Connect your iOS device to
the computer and start up iTune.
(Make sure you App is closed) then go to “DEVICE>Apps>File
Sharing” screen.

Press
“Add” button and select the map
tiles and KML files for import.

The progress bar will show
you the transferring status and these files will show in “zMap Documents” views when download
completed.

After the import, close the iTune and disconnect the iOS devices
and start you App, the new map tiles will show at Main screen.

Import from other App and Sample download (v1.1 or later)

For version 1.1 or later,
zMap allow import map and KML file via other App, (e.g web
broswer, email, internet storage…). For example, you can go to Google map
website via Apple Safari and press “KML” to download the KML file then import
the file by “Open in ‘zMap’” button.

The file will be imported
into zMap automatically. If the file is duplicated or name contains invalid
char (\/:*?<>|”.). The warning dialogue will show up for file rename.

Online Samples
Download (v1.1 or later)

Press “i” button at main
view, the information screen will show and press “Sample Download” then press
on the “Additional samples” pages.

Press the sample file link
and the confirm message show up.
|

|
Apple Safari web browser
will show up and start download the sample files. After downloading completed
press “Open in ‘zMap’” button for import it into zMap.
